Dangerous Healthy Foods


Those health foods you’re eating aren’t healthy. I know. They’re full of whole grains. Look at the nuts. Sweetened with honey. It’s healthy, right? Wrong. We have to face the fact that we are eating food that masquerades as healthy food but is full of either chemicals, or one single ingredient that should be limited drastically. Sugar. And by sugar, that means honey, agave nectar, maple syrup, brown, white, etc. According to the World Health Organization, we need to reduce our sugar intake to five percent of our daily calories.
